Important

Important next steps…
So that we can start work on the legal aspects of your remortgage, we need your Authority to Proceed. You can give this by reading the statements on the ‘Authority to Proceed’ page and ticking the box at the bottom of the page.
Remortgaging with someone else?
If you are taking out the mortgage with other person(s) they must also provide their Authority to Proceed. We’ll send them an email with instructions on how to do this. Please ask them to look out for this email and respond to it as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Provide important information with ease
Once we have your Authority to Proceed, we will ask you to check your personal details and if you are taking out the mortgage with another person(s) you need to check / provide their details too.
We will also ask you about the property you are remortgaging and other important questions. If you have this information to hand, great. If not, don’t worry, the guidance on the portal explains what we need and next steps.
