Head of Legal Practice

Paul has over 35 years of experience as a qualified solicitor and has led large teams of conveyancers throughout his career covering the full range of transactions. His senior roles have included CEO and COLP at a leading Midlands firm and Head of Lender Services at Shakespeare Martineau.

At Optima Paul is the firm’s Head of Legal Practice (HOLP) responsible for Optima’s regulatory responsibilities, as well as the compliance and governance functions.

He is part of the senior leadership team at PEXA in the UK, a world-leading, digital property exchange, and data insights business where, as well as his role at Optima, he is Managing Director of conveyancing firm Amity Law and of Legal Eye, all of which operate under the UK PEXA group umbrella.
